Strictly's Graziano Di Prima 'suing BBC for unfair dismissal' as he hires top lawyers
Graziano was sacked by the BBC last month following allegations of his "abusive" and "violent" behaviour towards his celebrity partner Zara McDermott and now he is allegedly set to sue the BBC
Graziano Di Prima, the former Strictly Come Dancing professional who was dismissed from the show, has reportedly enlisted top legal firm Whitestone Chambers to fight his case against the BBC. An insider revealed: "Graziano feels he wasn't allowed a fair opportunity to give his side of the story so has been heartened to hear the legal team think he has a case for unfair dismissal. Kate Phillips, Director of Unscripted programming at the BBC announced the move by saying: “Strictly Come Dancing has always been at the forefront of inclusivity and representation and I’m delighted that our 20th anniversary series will be the most accessible yet for our audience.
