Strictly winner Chris McCausland admits major change he needs to make after 'relentless' series

Strictly Come Dancing winner Chris McCausland has opened up about readjusting to life following the competition and has revealed the one habit he has "got to stop"

Making history as the first blind winner in the show's two-decade run, Chris triumphed over fellow finalists including Miranda's Sarah Hadland, Love Island's Tasha Ghouri, and JLS's JB Gill on Saturday. The Liverpool-born comedian also mentioned how the show had taken over his life, requiring earlier bedtimes and leaving him mentally drained, even leading to him subconsciously counting steps at home. Chris has reflected on the habits he'll have to change now that the competition is over (Image: BBC screengrab)“She threw things at the telly when Craig was on, she calls him a bum, even after the final, even after he gave us a 10 and said something nice, she couldn’t forgive the two eights, I love her.”
