Strictly star's disappointment with show as true feelings revealed

He may remain as one of TV's most iconic stars and remembered as the host of one of the nation's favourite shows, but Sir Bruce Forsyth confessed he felt "very lonely" during his time on Strictly Come Dancing. Bruce co-presented Strictly Come Dancing for 10 years, from 2004 to 2014 (Image: PA) He also expressed that he had had a desire to inject more humour into the show, especially regarding his staircase antics: "Every time I went off-camera I'd run up the stairs to be out of sight so the dancers could start, and then I'd have to run down again, then up and down all night", reports the Mirror.
