Strictly contestant explains rare phobia and therapy battle
Strictly Come Dancing star Jamie Borthwick, famed for playing Jay Brown in EastEnders, has been open about his struggles with health anxiety, which led him to undergoing therapy

Jamie noted that he is in a "much better place" compared to 10 years ago, and remains conscious of his health, admitting he has never smoked, drank or taken a drug "in his life".
