Strictly Come Dancing fans were left divided over the audience in the first live show
The new series launched with a bang as the pro dancers, decked out in vibrant costumes, grooved to a mix of tunes before hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman stepped in to amp up the excitement. Eagle-eyed viewers were shocked to see 2023 contestant Zara in the audience (Image: BBC) Judge Anton Du Beke was full of praise, describing the performance as "uplifting" and confessing he felt "elated". Scoring 23 points, Sam received compliments from Motsi Mabuse for her "shining" presence, while head judge Shirley Ballas praised her "attitude".
