Strictly Come Dancing host Claudia Winkleman broke down in tears in Sunday night’s episode (December 8) as the four series' finalists were revealed. Sarah's confession brought Claudia to tearsSarah continued with her voice cracking: “I mean, Vito, you believe in me, and I'm so grateful because I couldn't have got here with anybody else. "You know, even when you're not in the rehearsal room, you're going, you're thinking about things, and you're sending me messages, and yeah I'm so grateful.” As Vito pulled Sarah into a hug and told her she ‘deserved all of this’, Claudia admitted "I'm gone", as she also wiped away tears.
