Stormzy pleads guilty to having illegal windows
The London rapper, 28, submitted a guilty plea yesterday (July 24), after driving the Urus around Kingston upon Thames on October 17 last year
The grime artist, whose real name is Michael Ebenazer Owuo Jr., entered a guilty plea on 24 July after he was caught driving around Kingston upon Thames in his Urus on October 17 last year. The 'Vossi Bop' hitmaker decided to skip appearing in person at his hearing at the Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court yesterday but indicated a guilty plea, according to his charge sheet. Stormzy and Maya announced their split this month (Image: Getty Images)The couple took to social media to share their news, posting: "Hey guys, we've been laughing whilst drafting this because we never, ever, in a million years thought we'd be the couple announcing a breakup, but for the sake of clarity and, more importantly, to allow us the space and grace that's needed for us both to be able to navigate this next bit of our lives with peace, we thought it might be best to."
