Stevie Nicks wasn’t clamoring to watch Prime Video ‘s Daisy Jones & the Six, but after having viewed — and liked — the show (adapted from Taylor Jenkins Reid’s novel and loosely based on her romance with fellow Fleetwood Mac bandmate Lindsey Buckingham), she has some ideas of her own to contribute for Season 2. When asked about the musical drama’s Season 1 conclusion, Nicks pitched an idea that she said executive producer Reese Witherspoon and star Keough were ecstatic about. Elsewhere in Nicks’ profile piece, the singer-songwriter admitted that though she has seen Daisy Jones & the Six, she hasn’t viewed — or heard of — another fictionalized retelling of Mac’s story, the popular Broadway play Stereophonic.
