Stevie Nicks admits Fleetwood Mac would have been 'done' if she didn't have abortion

Nicks, now 76, fell pregnant in the late seventies during her romance with Don Henley and made the decision to have an abortion because she didn't want to drag a baby around on tour.

Stevie Nicks has opened up about having an abortion over 40 years ago and admitted it would have been the end of Fleetwood Mac if she had decided to go through with the pregnancy. In a candid new interview with Rolling Stone, where she also spoke about a previous conversation she once had with Katy Perry, the 76-year-old singer revealed that she had an IUD when she fell pregnant by her then lover Don Henley and also said she doesn't care if people are mad at her for what she did. Stevie (born Stephanie) added: 'If Christine [McVie] was in this room with me right now, she'd tell you that we both made the decision not to have kids and instead follow our musical muse around the world.
