Steve Wright's replacement on Sunday Love Songs confirmed after his shock death

The BBC has confirmed Steve Wright's Radio 2 Sunday Love Songs show will return with a new host, following the much-loved DJ's tragic death last week

After Liza Tarbuck gave a special tribute to Steve on her show on 18 February, Nicki will start this Sunday. It comes after former Pop Idol judge Nicki could hold back tears as she shared listeners' messages about Steve. He was our mate, talking to us in our kitchens as we made a brew, in our bedrooms, in the shower, in our cars, taxis, lorries, in our form rooms at school, in our gardens, at work - he was always in our hearts."
