Steve Smith flips Bronte home for nearly double the $3.5m price tag he paid in 2019


Cricket great Steve Smith has walked away with an eye-watering profit of $2.75million after finally offloading his pad in Sydney's eastern suburbs for $6.75million.

He bought the original California bungalow in 2019 for $3.505million and later splashed out a reported $495,000 on a massive renovation which included adding a second level, bathrooms and a fourth bedroom. Located just 9kms from the CBD and situated only streets away from Bronte beach, the new design has converted the mid-20th century original into a chic ultra-modern resort style home.
