Steve Martin Through the Years
Steve Martin is an award-winning writer and actor who started his career as a stand-up comedian
He went on to write a number of plays including Meteor Shower, Patter for the Floating Lady, Picasso at the Lapin Agile and the Tony Award–nominated musical Bright Star. In 1988, Martin starred as Vladimir alongside Robin Williams in Mike Nichols ’ production of Waiting for Godot at New York City’s Lincoln Center. He went on to write a number of plays including Meteor Shower, Patter for the Floating Lady, Picasso at the Lapin Agile and the Tony Award–nominated musical Bright Star.
