Short previously sung Gomez’s praises when talking about their experience on set, telling PEOPLE in 2023 that the actress is “always on time, always knows her lines. Martin and Short recently took a break from portraying their true crime podcast-loving characters to star alongside one another in Wells Fargo's new campaign for their Active Cash Credit Card. While the funny spots see Short picking up the bill on various outings to take advantage of the card's 2% cash back feature, Martin assures PEOPLE that in real life it's “very, very even” between the longtime friends.
