Sterling K. Brown to Narrate ‘Better Than They Found It’ Doc Honoring Black NFL Coaches
Sterling K. Brown will narrate the upcoming doc, "Better Than They Found It," paying tribute to Black NFL coaches.
The news was announced at SXSW on March 8 by Tarana Harris Mayes, the director and producer of “Better Than They Found It: Black Coaches Who Shaped The Modern NFL.” The doc was announced on “The Play Gap: Women Behind the Camera in Sports” panel in Austin, Texas, also featuring panelists Deborah Riley Draper, Maya Washington and Maeyen Bassey. “I am grateful to Sterling K. Brown for championing this project and committing to narrate,” says Mayes, the founder and executive producer of Capacity Media.
