EXCLUSIVE: Stephen Schwartz, the famed composer and lyricist behind Wicked who’s recently been at work on the two-part film adaptation at Universal, has signed with CAA for representation. With a distinguished career spanning decades, Schwartz is known for his work across musical theater and film, on titles like Wicked, Godspell, and Pippin. Other notable works include the scores for the classic animated films Pocahontas, The Prince of Egypt, and The Hunchback of Notre Dame, as well as Disney’s Enchanted.
