TV star Stephen Mulhern collapsed at a pizza restaurant after what his spokesman called an "incredibly tough time over the past few weeks". Stephen's career began with his dad, who introduced him to magic tricks when he was 11, practising while working on his market stall in London's East End. The family spent holidays at Butlin's in Somerset where he began performing in public, becoming the youngest ever member of the Magic Circle.
