Stephen Mulhern was rushed to hospital after he collapsed while eating out at a Pizza Express
An ambulance was called for the star, who is mourning the death of his father, after staff became concerned for him at around 8pm on Wednesday, The Sun reports. As a precaution, the 47-year-old was checked over by paramedics as he was taken from Sunningdale, Berks, to nearby Frimley Park hospital.
