Stephen Moyer’s Sophomore Feature ‘A Bit Of Light’ Acquired By Quiver; Anna Paquin, Ray Winstone Star
Indie drama 'A Bit of Light' directed by Stephen Moyer has set release plans with Quiver Distribution.
Starring Moyer’s wife and True Blood co-star Anna Paquin, as well as Ray Winstone( The Departed), the film is an adaptation by Rebecca Callard of her Bruntwood Prize-nominated play of the same name. A series of tough breaks forces Ella to move back in with her father Alan (Winstone), while her daughters are under the care of her ex-husband Joseph (Youssef Kerkour) and his new partner Bethan (Pippa Bennett-Warner). Exec producers include Anja Murmann and Sabine Schenk of Shorelight Pictures, Egor Noskov, Victor Glynn and Geoff Iles of GCB Films, and Callard, as well as Jim Reeve of Great Point and Cindy Teperman of Infinity Hill.
