EXCLUSIVE: Stephen Dorff( True Detective), John Rhys-Davies( The Lord Of The Rings) and Beau Bridges( Matlock) are attached to join true crime action-drama Fruit of the Poisonous Tree. Edith Productions is behind the project, which is being lined up to shoot in April in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The film will delve into the Operation Powerstroke police file, a detective’s multi-year investigation into a police-protected crime ring.
