The Minneapolis house where Prince ’s character in Purple Rain resided has been transformed into a shrine for the singer and the iconic 1984 film, with the abode soon heading to AirBnb for fans to stay in. And what’s a better way to crawl inside his head than listening to Prince’s personal tape collection, seeing the actual outfits he wore, and smelling his curated scent bar featuring his favorite perfumes? The Purple Rain House isn’t the only notable music-related listing that Airbnb announced this week: Jeff Buckley’s childhood home in Memphis has also been transformed “in homage” to the late singer-songwriter.
