State of Origin viewers slam Temper Trap's 'terrible' pre-match show - labelling it 'flat' and disappointing: 'They're not a stadium act'


The iconic Aussie rock band took to the stage at the 90,000-capacity stadium ahead of the much-awaited match to sing their globally known 2008 hit Sweet Disposition.

But fans were left feeling 'flat' after watching the band - made up of singer Dougy Mandagi, drummer Toby Dundas, bassist Jonathon Aherne and pianist Joseph Greer - perform live. They were quick to take to X - formerly known as Twitter- to share their disapproval as they argued the melodic track wasn't a good choice of song to get fans energised ahead of the rugby league match.
