The Love Island star, 24, welcomed her first child in January 2023 with fiancé Tommy Fury, also 24, and has been documenting her experience as a first time mum on social media, most notably her highly popular YouTube channel. At one point in the show, whilst demonstrating how to make a Christmas tree decoration containing family snaps, Stacey could be seen cutting out a picture of her eldest child Zachary, who she previously said "changed my whole life".
