Stacey Solomon has asked her beloved fans for their help as she gets back into fitness following the festivities and takes on a Sunday morning run in their spacious at-home gym
The Sort Your Life Out star donned purple leggings and a long-sleeve top while her long blonde locks were tied back in a ponytail. She had her headphones on for some music anthems during the at-home gym session and gave a thumbs up to the camera, having planned a Sunday morning run. Taking to Instagram on Monday, 1 January, the couple shared a joint post which confirmed their new TV show alongside an adorable black and white video of all the family.
