The TV presenter, 35, revealed last month the heartbreaking news that she could lose her beloved dog Teddy, a cocker spaniel, in the coming weeks.
Stacey had said Teddy fell unwell as a result of a predisposed condition the family were not aware of and explained that the next few weeks were crucial for the pooch, and even if the rescue dog survives, 'he may not fully recover.' Elsewhere, Stacey took to Instagram late on Wednesday to share an emotional message with her fans after the final episode of her reality show with husband Joe Swash aired. One episode sees Stacey devastated by Joe not showing up at an important meeting, leaving her juggling caring for the babies while trying to plan the launch of her own perfume.
