Stacey Solomon has been praised by fans after sharing how she has felt body conscious this week before heading on holiday, but decided to embrace her beauty instead of worrying.
The TV personality - who often shares her fitness regime with her followers - opened up in the post's caption about how she had worried about wearing a bikini before coming abroad, admitting she was feeling conscious about her body. "It’s amazing to see you share this and I will too as too many young girls on social media now are comparing them selfs and having unrealistic expectations to a reality that isn’t even real, it’s edited and filtered and shaped etc," said the actress as she dubbed Stacey 'beautiful'.
