EXCLUSIVE: In a competitive situation, Netflix has taken in for development an untitled drama from former A Million Little Things showrunner Terrence Coli, Rabi and author Steve Leder and Aaron Kaplan’s Kapital Entertainment, Deadline has learned. Written by Coli, the untitled project is described as a spiritual procedural about a group of ancient humans who’ve been sent back to Earth with a Heavenly mission: to bring hope to those struggling in their darkest hour and healing to our fractured world. The Netflix project is part of a focus on storytelling for Leder who is a regular guest on Today, CNN, and Spectrum 1 News and writes a monthly column for Woman’s Day magazine alongside speaking engagements.
