Spider-Man Noir Series at Amazon Casts Karen Rodriguez (EXCLUSIVE)
"Spider-Noir" has cast Karen Rodriguez in a series regular role, Variety has learned exclusively.
Per the official logline, the show “tells the story of an aging and down on his luck private investigator (Cage) in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life as the city’s one and only superhero.” Rodriguez previously appeared in the Amazon series “Swarm.” She is also known for her roles in shows like “Acapulco” and “Shining Girls” at Apple TV+, “Power Book IV: Force” at Starz, and “The Big Leap” at Fox. They developed the series with the “Into the Spider-Verse” team of Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Amy Pascal, all of whom will also executive produce.
