Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag sue Los Angeles and Department of Water and Power after losing home in fires
Spencer Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag have filed a lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles and the Department of Water and Power.
'With the Santa Ynez Reservoir effectively out of commission, hydrants in Pacific Palisades failed after three tanks each holding one million gallons of water went dry within a span of 12 hours,' the lawsuit alleges. Montag and Pratt have been posting videos on social media about their ordeal, and they managed to garner enough fan support to get her 2010 album Superficial to the top of the iTunes chart in the US last Saturday. Celebrities publicly supporting Heidi's record include Paris Hilton, Emily Ratajkowski, Julia Fox, Howie Mandel, Flavor Flav, Diplo, Dillon Francis, Gabby Thomas, Alix Earle, Nick Viall, and Tana Mongeau.
