(Photo by Presley Ann/Getty Images for WE tv ) Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag filed a lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles and its Department of Water and Power (LADWP) following the destruction of their home in the Palisades wildfire. “LADWP and City of Los Angeles had a duty to properly construct, inspect, maintain and operate its water supply system,” the suit read, per Rolling Stone. “With the Santa Ynez Reservoir effectively out of commission, hydrants in Pacific Palisades failed after three tanks each holding one million gallons of water went dry within a span of 12 hours,” the lawsuit read, per People.
