Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag receive visit from an A-list music star with care package after losing home

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag received a surprise visit from a friend and just had to share it on social media Thursday.

After giving Pratt a peck on the cheek the Complicated artist walked over to Montag who had been recording the whole thing shouted 'It's Avril Lavigne!' A policy recently implemented by the social media platform's Creativity Program reward TikTok contributors for posting videos longer than a minute. 'The reason I haven't been TikTok-ing is one of the most famous humans on Earth brought over some wine and a little care package, just message "I just wanna come support" he explained
