Spencer Matthews hits back at claims he 'looks sick' and is too thin after showing off his VERY ripped physique in shirtless clip
The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, is currently training for an endurance run and is sporting a ripped physique in recent snaps.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the TV star told his followers he is in the best shape of his life and to stop commenting on other people's appearance. 'In fact, I'm the healthiest I have ever been - enjoying a discisplined routine and am driven with clear goals, training for a World Record endurance run which will hopefully raise a substantial amount of money for people who need it. The star admitted he would sometimes go to bed intoxicated, and believes his journey to stop excessive drinking would've been 'more difficult' if he didn't have Vogue.
