Sophie Guidolin has opened up in a bizarre post about what she finds most disgusting at the gym.
'When I see someone tough their face in the gym knowing there is 362 TIMES the amount of germs than a toilet seat,' she added, quoting a 2016 study. Back in October, Sophie shared a strange video to her Instagram Stories as she got excited over cheap glass jars she found in Coles. The fitness influencer made the shocking admission when a fan asked about her exercise routine on Instagram, but quickly deleted the comment.
