Sophie Ellis-Bextor rocks shimmering plaid dress as she performs at a London charity evening days after clinching major new record deal


Sophie Ellis-Bextor charmed audiences in London on Tuesday when she performed at a charity evening to highlight loneliness in the disabled community, called ABLE2UK.

The event, which took place at Hard Rock Cafe, set out to highlight how disabled people can end up feeling isolated or left out in society and how that impacts their wellbeing. Comedian Josh Widdicombe, music legend Tony Christie, TV presenter Steve Brown and Paralympian Anne Wafula-Strike were also interviewed as part of the evening. Sophie's 2001 hit features in the finale of Emerald Fennell's much talked about film Saltburn, when main character Oliver – played by Barry Keoghan (pictured) – dances naked to the song
