Sophia Grace Brownlee is celebrating the day of love with her two "little valentines." The 21-year-old British influencer shared adorable photos of her two children, daughter Athena Rose, 1 month, and son River, 23 months, wearing matching knitted sweaters for Valentine's Day.

The British influencer, who went viral in 2011 on The Ellen DeGeneres Show for singing "Super Bass" by Nicki Minaj with her cousin Rosie McClelland, recently revealed the name of her 1-month-old daughter. The mother-daughter duo posed in front of a wall of balloons that spelled out the baby girl's name as strings of roses hung from the ceiling. She also shared a few photos from her son's party, which included blue and white balloons, a castle bounce house and a candy station.
