Sophia Bush Shares ‘One Tree Hill’ Revival Update: 'You'll Be Pleased'
Sophia Bush shared an update on the ‘One Tree Hill’ revival that she and Hilarie Burton Morgan are working on over a decade after the original show ended
Amy Sussman/Getty ImagesIn August, it was reported that Bush and Hilarie Burton Morgan, both 42, are developing a sequel series to the hit WB/CW drama, which ran for nine seasons from 2003 to 2012. Variety reported in August Bush, Burton Morgan and Danneel Ackles are executive-producing a sequel series for Netflix. Fellow One Tree Hill alum Chad Michael Murray — who appeared in the show’s first six seasons before departing alongside Burton Morgan — said last month that he has “no idea” if he’ll reprise his role as Lucas Scott in the continuation, but said that he hopes the reboot “comes together for the fans.”
