Sony Music Publishing Opens New Studio Hub for Songwriters in Hollywood

Sony Music Publishing has opened a new songwriter studio hub in Hollywood the includes writer studios, listening rooms, a recording studio and more.

Featuring new studios, listening rooms and workspaces, the company's new creative space is part of CEO/chairman Jon Platt's vision to "support songwriters every step of the way." The remodeled century-old space was reimagined with the help of studio architects WSDG and design collective RIOS and is set to be formally opened on Thursday evening (Dec. 5) at the publisher’s annual holiday party. “The design for Sony Music Publishing’s West Coast flagship office celebrates the optimism of redefining the 21st-century songwriter experience,” added Andy Lantz, co-CEO/creative director of RIOS.
