Socceroo Rhyan Grant is set to put his gorgeous Sydney beachside flat under the hammer later this month with hopes of a $1.65 million sale.
Positioned on the ground floor of a small block of five flats, Rhyan's two-story pad boasts an entertainment deck and stunning ocean views. However, The Daily Telegraph reported on Tuesday that agents behind the sale expect the 34-year-old Sydney FC captain could fetch as much $1.65 million for the spacious apartment. 'I've got a little girl who's a few months old, keeping me on my toes and giving me some sleepless nights, so that's been fun trying to navigate,' Grant shared on the Sydney FC site last year.
