Soap opera veteran dies just 6yrs after announcing retirement
General Hospital actor Ron Hale who played Mike Corbin in the medical series and was in a star of Hollywood for five decades has passed away age 78 his family have confirmed
He was most well-known for his role on General Hospital where he played mob boss Mike Corbin from 1995 to 2011 - when he retired, Ron was replaced by actor Max Gail. Another added: “There is no doubt that Ron Hale was brilliant on #GH , but some of us will always regard his time on #RyansHope with the great Ilene Kristin as his true claim to soap fame.
