Kate went to the London Clinic for her planned abdominal surgery in January - the same place King Charles III was treated for his enlarged prostate. The details of Kate's condition haven't been shared, but Kensington Palace previously said it's not cancer-related, and that the Princess wants to keep her medical information private. Kate is no doubt busy preparing for her official return to the spotlight and Royal duties in April, with her outing on X March getting her ready to do so.
