Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash’s stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight’s cause of death was revealed by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office on August 29
The 25-year-old had been found unconscious in a private residence on July 19 by law enforcement conducting a welfare check and her death was pronounced at 3 p.m. that day. Oliver was traveling home from a Caribbean vacation with his two daughters — Madita and Annik, whom he shared with wife Jessica Klepser — on January 4. “Whether I made you feel excluded, manipulated/ controlled you, told you to quit your day job from the comfort of being financially supported by my parents, or drowned real issues in toxic positivity — I am sorry,” she wrote.
