Skye Townsend Upped to Series Regular on CBS’ ‘The Neighborhood’ (EXCLUSIVE)
Skye Townsend, who starred in HBO variety series "A Black Lady Sketch Show," has been upped to series regular on CBS' "The Neighborhood."
Townsend plays Courtney, Marty Butler’s (Marcel Spears) partner, exploring co-parenting life. The variety show, which was cancelled in July 2023, featured comedy sketches and boasted guest stars like Issa Rae, Angela Bassett, Laverne Cox, Gabrielle Union and more. She has also previously appeared on the Paramount+ “iCarly” reboot, “Party Crashers” for BET+, Netflix’s “Lucifer” and on an episode of “Family Guy.”
