Sky Subs Will Have Access To Warner Content “In Every Scenario” Once Partnership Runs Down, Says Dana Strong

Sky's Dana Strong talked Warner Bros. Discovery partnership and Tattooist of Auschwitz adaptation.

Sky subscribers will have access to Warner Bros Discovery’s (WBD) content “in every scenario,” Dana Strong has said, as she stressed conversations continue between the two key players over one of the industry’s most talked about partnerships. As WBD streamer Max is rolled out around the world, the Sky-WBD partnership that has seen the likes of Succession and House of the Dragon air on Sky for years is set to run down in 2025. Speaking to Sky’s commissioning strategy, Strong said the outfit is looking for “content that takes people by surprise,” citing the likes of Mary & George starring Julianne Moore and the Comcast-owned giant’s Tattooist of Auschwitz adaptation.
