A wide ranging suit accuses Skip Bayless of sexual harassment, Joy Taylor of allowing sexual battery & FS1 being a den of iniquity
The former Undisputed host and the Erik Shanks and Mark Silverman run outlet have been hit with a jury seeking complaint claiming Bayless propositioned a hairstylist at Fox Sports with $1.5 million if she would have sex with him. Faraji brings forth this action because for over a decade at Fox, she was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity,” the sexual battery, retaliation, hostile work environment and fraudulent business practices claiming suit says. All of which, along with Faraji calling out Fox for ”Labor Code violations” and “unfair, unlawful, and fraudulent business practices” when it comes to pay, finds the plaintiff seeking class action certification, a variety of unspecified damages and Taylor and Dixon fired.
