The Super Facialist Cleansing Balm is applied by rubbing a small amount between dry palms and massaging it into the face, neck, and decolletage. Adding a small amount of water emulsifies the balm, transforming it into a lightweight, milky texture that can be easily removed with a warm, damp cloth.
