Sister Group Appoints Banijay’s Former U.K. Boss Lucinda Hicks as CEO, Ups Chris Fry to COO
Hicks was CEO of Banijay UK and spent over a decade at Endemol Shine
Based in London, Hicks — whose most recent full-time role was as CEO of Banijay UK — will drive the strategic direction and oversee execution of independent studio and its growing assortment of partner companies. “Lucinda takes the reins at a truly exciting point in Sister evolution with our global facing TV and Film operations now led from the U.K., creative partner businesses maturing and showing almost limitless potential,” said Murdoch. Prior to heading Banijay U.K., a role she stepped down from in 2022, Hicks served as COO of Endemol Shine UK, overseeing its portfolio of over twenty production companies including the successful roll out of IP globally.
