Sir Rod Stewart, 79, is forced to axe TWO more shows amid struggle with second health issue - just days after cancelling historic 200th Las Vegas concert

Sir Rod Stewart has been forced to cancel a further two shows after being struck down with another health battle.

The full statement reads: 'We regret to announce that tonight's Rod Stewart concert in Stateline, NV and his August 10 show in Lincoln, CA have been postponed, as the singer recovers from a summer strain of Covid-19. The news comes after Rod was forced to cancel his 200th residency celebration show in Las Vegas due to strep throat, with the gig at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace axed just hours before. Strep throat cases normally surge between December and April, but data suggests they spiraled to record levels this year amid the easing of pandemic-era restrictions.
