Sir Rod Stewart reveals nerdy hobby he spends four hours each day enjoying

Sir Rod Stewart has explained his love for railway modelling and how it's taken over his life, even admitting he was 'embarrassed' by the hobby at first

Earlier this year, he moved the setup from his Los Angeles home to his English country estate, and spoke about the extensive work involved in rebuilding and enhancing it. Plans include adding docks featuring large-scale ships, mountainous landscapes, a tribute to famed model railway artist George Sellios, and an expansion of tracks from British manufacturer PECO. Sir Rod's hobby helps him relax (Image: Railway Modeller magazine) The singer estimates it will take another three years for it to be fully complete with new mining areas and a wood mill also on his list of improvements.
