The music veteran had to cancel shows in Vegas, Lake Tahoe, and Lincoln, California, due to a bout of strep throat compounded by Covid. Yet, after stirring up worry among his fanbase with his candid admission, Rod has since clarified his comments to The Sun, insisting they were taken the wrong way: "When I said 'My days are numbered,' it was purely in jest.
