Singer Khalid came out as gay on social media after he was outed in a series of posts by another artist as he said he was 'not ashamed' of his sexuality

The 26 year old El Paso native, whose real name is Khalid Donnel Robinson, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) on Friday evening to address his sexuality. Khalid said he was "never hiding" his sexualityAnother fan shared a snippet of the singer dancing in the music video for his track Satellite, captioning it: "Then there was the LGBTQ anthem he gave us in 2022 but ya’ll kinda slept. Khalid has enjoyed a successful career, with both his singles Location and Young, Dumb & Broke hitting the Billboard Hot 100 and receiving diamond certifications by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
