Sinead O’Connor’s exact cause of death confirmed a year after passing away at 56
Legendary Irish singer Sinéad O'Connor, famous for her emotional hit song Nothing Compares 2 U, suddenly passed away in July 2023 and her cause of death has now been revealed a year later
In January 2022, police in Ireland said they had recovered a body in the Bray area of Wicklow and their appeal for a missing teenager – Sinéad's son, Shane, 17 – had ended. She wrote: “My beautiful son, Nevi’im Nesta Ali Shane O’Connor, the very light of my life, decided to end his earthly struggle today and is now with God. Fans of Sinead lined the streets for a "last goodbye" to the Irish singer as her funeral cortege passed through her former hometown of Bray, Co Wicklow in July 2023“May he rest in peace and may no one follow his example.
